Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment for wear and tear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
